e-Poster Preparation Guidelines

e-Posters
All accepted posters will be displayed electronically on dedicated screens throughout the congress venue. There will be no scheduled presentation sessions.
Only e-Posters submitted by registered participants will be displayed in the e-Poster Gallery.
 
Upload Deadline: Monday, 31 August 2026
Upload instructions were emailed to presenting authors in mid-June.

 

Technical Specifications
Format:
Please prepare your e-Poster as:
  • One (1) page only
  • Portrait (vertical) orientation
  • PDF or PowerPoint format
 
Dimensions:
Your e-Poster should be designed according to the following dimensions:
  • 90 cm (width) × 142 cm (height)
  • 35.4 in × 55.9 in
A PowerPoint template is available for your convenience: Download e-Poster Template
The use of the template is recommended but not mandatory, provided all specifications below are respected.
 
Language: All e-Posters must be prepared in English.
 
File Size: Maximum recommended file size: 30 MB
 
Fonts:
Recommended fonts: Arial, Calibri or Verdana
Minimum font size: 11 pt or larger

 

e-Poster Gallery
The e-Poster Gallery will be available throughout the entire congress, allowing delegates to browse all accepted e-Posters at any time.
Only posters submitted by registered presenters and uploaded before the deadline will be included.
Participants will be able to view all e-Posters during the congress and for a limited period after the event through the congress platform.
